ROBOT’2017 – Special session on Robots for Healthcare at the Third Iberian Robotics Conference

At ROBOT’2017 in Seville, the Third Iberian Robotics Conference, our partners from the CLARC PDTI consortium will organise a special session on Robots for Healthcare. Papers on any theoretical or practical application of robotics to healthcare are welcome until the submission deadline which is the 10th July 2017. As in previous editions, the conference proceedings will be published by Springer – Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing Series, indexed by major citation services like the Web of Science or SCOPUS. Extended versions of the conference’s best papers will also be published in Special Issues of top Journals.

Authors are invited to submit original research contributions, in English, electronically in PDF format via the EasyChair conference management system. In addition of regular papers (up to twelve pages in the Springer AISC format) it is possible to present industrial short papers, with only two pages, that will be included in the Electronic Preprints to be distributed in the Conference but not in the Springer Proceedings. Robot’2017 will be held from 22 – 24 November 2017 in Seville, Spain and is Organized by Sociedad Española para la Investigación y Desarrollo en Robótica (SEIDROB) and the Sociedade Portuguesa de Robótica (SPR), with the collaboration of the “Red de Agentes Físicos” and the support of the Spanish Network for Robotics and Mechatronics (REDROM).
