Do it like an EU-Commissioner: visit ECHORD++ at Hannover Messe

Are you planning to visit Hannover Messe between 25th and 29th April 2016? Then you should definitely schedule some time to come and see what ECHORD++ has to offer to the visitors of the world’s most important industrial trade fair. At the joint booth of Bayern Innovativ in hall 2, stand A52 and at the EU-pavilion in hall 7, stand E04, we will show you:

• virtual reality tours through our Robotics Innovation Facilities (RIFs) in Bristol and Pisa-Peccioli.
• amazing robotics technology developed by our experiments MARS and 3DSSC (like swarm robots for seeding corn and a robot for removing the coating off cheese blocks),
• success stories from the first ECHORD project,
• an upper arm exoskeleton developed at the RIF in Paris-Saclay,

and many more exciting insights into the future of robotics. On Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th April you will also have the opportunity to see one or more of the four European Commissioners that have confirmed their visit at the EU-pavilion: Elzbieta Bienkowska (Commissioner Industry), Carlos Moedas (Commissioner Research, Science and Innovation), Maros Sefcovic (Commissioner Energy Union and Vice President of the Commission) and Günther Oettinger (Commissioner Digital Agenda).
