Danish Technological Institute (DTI) is a self-owned and non-profit institution occupying a crucial position at the point where research, business, and the community converge. DTI’s mission is to promote growth by improving interaction and encourage synergy between these areas. It has over 1000 employees, one of the world’s most significant private institutes supplying technological services such as consultancy, tests, certification, training for companies and public-sector organizations and it has a turnover of some 83 million Euros. The Centre for Health and Human Interaction Technology unites competences in engineering, design, Human Robot Interaction (HRI), health care and education. DTI focuses on end-user needs and environments and places emphasis on creating impact of the research activities for the benefit of society.
