The European Robotics Forum (ERF2018), the most influential meeting of the robotics community in Europe, will be held in Tampere, Finland, on 13-15 March 2018. Researchers, engineers, managers, and a growing number of entrepreneurs, business people, and public funding officers from all over Europe come together to discuss technology push and market pull and how innovation in robotics can be accelerated.

On March 15th from 10:45 to 12:15 we welcome you at our ECHORD++ workshop “Encouraging Regions and Cities to Innovate through Robotics.”

The main objective of the workshop presented under the ECHORD++ project is to identify the potential of robotics applications for regional and cities’ challenges. The participation of the regional public entities as end-users and procurers and the industrial and academic consortia as suppliers, give us the opportunity to develop this workshop under the structure of an Open Consultation to link real needs with technological solutions looking to rise new robotic products closer to the market. For a full workshop programme please click here. Public authorities facing societal challenges in regions and cities that need innovative robotic solutions are encouraged to share their challenges with us by filling in this questionnaire.
